David L. Shulman is a trial attorney with decades of experience prosecuting and defending cases in the areas of civil rights, business disputes, employment law, landlord-tenant law, personal injury, and cases against the government. David has handled numerous trials and appeals in the state and federal courts. He has obtained successful results on behalf of hundreds of clients through his thorough, aggressive approach to lawsuits. David also has extensive experience in advising clients on how to form and grow businesses and in drafting contracts for individual and business clients. David is a 1995 honors graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School.
Craig Buske is a litigator and corporate attorney who works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and non-profit groups to start new organizations, grow existing businesses, protect companies and their owners from unnecessary liability, and take legal action to enforce and defend his clients' rights. Craig also performs estate planning services. Craig started his legal career with a focus on civil litigation and still handles a wide range of cases including business disputes, employment law, landlord-tenant law, probate, constitutional law, and civil rights. Craig is is a 2010 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude.
Dan Shulman has been a practicing trial lawyer for 50 years. He specializes in complex commercial and civil rights litigation. He was admitted to practice in Minnesota in 1970 and has tried lawsuits in state and federal courts in Minnesota and numerous other states. He is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was named a Minnesota Lawyer of the Year for 2012 and 2018. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Harvard College (1965), a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Yale University (1967), and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Harvard Law School (1970).
